CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in exceptional cases, cancellation requests made within 24 hours through our website (www.lakeayurveda.com) may be considered.

1. If the product has already been shipped within the 24-hour window, cancellations will be processed after deducting shipping charges or any applicable fees.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
3. Refunds (if approved) may take up to 15 business days to process. Customers will receive an email update once processed.
4. Lake Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
   • Unserviceable pin codes
   • Product unavailability
   • Pricing or listing errors
   • Fraud detection
5. Proof of identity may be required at delivery. Failure to provide valid ID may result in cancellation.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery.

• Kindly record a video/photo while unboxing to support your claim.

2. Eligibility & Process

• Returns are not directly accepted. You must first raise a return/exchange request.
• Upon receiving your request, our team will:
  • Ask for supporting images/videos.
  • Verify the issue.
  • Provide return/exchange approval and a ticket ID if eligible.
  • After product inspection, inform you of approval/rejection within 24 hours.
  • If approved, replacements may take up to 15 days.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• Original packaging must be intact.
• Serial number must not be tampered.
• Product composition must remain unchanged.
• All accessories (labels, box, free gifts) must be returned.
• False or misleading claims will result in rejection and return of the product at customer’s cost.

4. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Free products.
• Refused delivery or repeated missed delivery attempts.
• Incorrect address or customer unavailability.
• Products damaged after delivery.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will only be processed if an exchange is not possible.
• Refund timelines may vary and are subject to inspection and approval.
