Lake Ayurveda has partnered with trusted logistic providers to ensure that all our products reach you in the best possible condition, with no damages. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing to ensure the safety of your products during transit.

How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is processed in our system, our team conducts a final quality check to ensure that each product is in perfect condition. After passing inspection, your products are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partner for delivery.
Our logistics partner will deliver your products at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach you at the provided shipping address or time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please note that all products ordered (including any free gifts bundled with your order) will be shipped to the address provided by you during checkout, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all items together, this may not always be possible.

How are the products packaged?

Each product is individually wrapped, and fragile items like glass bottles receive an extra layer of protective bubble wrap. Products are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes before being handed over to our logistics partners.
Lake Ayurveda takes responsibility for any damages occurring while the product is in transit.

What locations do we ship to?

We deliver throughout India to most pin codes. Serviceability may vary depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your address by entering your pin code on our product pages or during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the courier details.
Registered users can also track orders by logging into the “My Account” section on our website and selecting “Your Orders.”
You can track your package after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

At checkout, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on your shipping address. Our products are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
We aim to deliver your order within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may occasionally take longer. Lake Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, though we always strive to ensure timely delivery.
Note: Delivery timelines cannot always be guaranteed, and we may pause deliveries temporarily if circumstances require.

What time of day will my order be delivered?

Our logistics partner will contact you before delivery. Please ensure you are available, as three failed delivery attempts may result in your package being returned to our warehouse.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated based on product type, packaging size, and location and are displayed at checkout. No additional shipping charges will be applied beyond the invoice amount.

Delivery Information

If no one is available at the delivery address, our logistics partner will attempt delivery two more times. You can also contact our Customer Support to reschedule delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
