• Once dispatched, delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, government restrictions, or logistics partner issues.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, product weight, and destination.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

3. Service Locations

• We ship across India to most pin codes.
• If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• You can use the tracking ID to monitor the shipment via our logistics partner’s website.

5. Delays & Issues

• In case of unexpected delays, our customer care team will notify you via your registered email or phone.
• If your package is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information or customer unavailability, Lake Ayurveda is not responsible.

6. Packaging

• All products are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support immediately and provide photos/videos of the unboxing.
